RACE DAY!!
Today we went the following:
4 x 100 RACE from a dive @ 6:00, one of each stroke- 75 swim, 25 kick on back; add 4 times together
10 minutes warmdown; then...
1 x 400 IM RACE from a dive; goal is to be as close as possible (or faster) to your time from the 4 x 100 add-up
10 minutes warmdown
Finish up with...
6 x 50 RACE from a dive @ 3:00, change strokes after 3
Wear your mask all the way to the car, do an excellent job in school today- and with your DRYLANDS! Enjoy the weekend off & be sure to learn the schedule for the next three weeks (all on the club website). Have a great day!
