8 x 25 @ :40- odds are UDK for 1/2 way, then body position pick; evens are choice drill NO FREE

30 min swim
20 min pull (choice equip, but paddles only for 200 at a time)
10 min kick (100 w/boards, 50 on back with 4 FAST UDK's)
Check HR after each & rotate 1 spot

If there is time, finish up with...
3 x 75 swim free br3/5/7 by 25's @ 1:10
1 x 125 @ 2:30 kick- choice kick on back, but #2&4 are FAST UDK
Check HR & rotate1 spot after even rounds
