3 x 50 swim FAST @ :15 rest (1st 50 from a dive)- add up for 150 total- all @ 3:30, then...
1 x 150 swim FAST for time with fins- trying to be FASTER than your broken 150
1st round free, 2nd round primary stroke, 3rd round IM (last 50 is kick with boards)
Warmdown a little before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for our holiday training. Have a great day!
