RACE DAY!!
3 rounds of:
2 x BROKEN 200's from a dive-
75 FADive, 50/25 @ :10 rest, then 50 drill; then 75 from a push 25/50 @ :10 rest)- add 75's together for 150 total
1 x BROKEN 150: 3 x 50 (#1 from a dive) @ :10 rest, can you be faster than your avg time from 150 add-up above?
1st round primary stroke NO FREE
2nd round IM
3rd round is your choice
Go an easy 200 drill/skulling by 25's after each round
Finish with 8 x 50 drill/kick or swim/kick by 50's @ 1:00 before you get out.
