evens- 50 kick on back, 50 choice drill- NO FREE after #6

3 minutes kick easy on back, focus on FAST UDK's to the breakout; then, grab boards for...
2 minutes of all out FAST kicking with boards- keep track of how far you go each round
1 minute rest after each round, check HR

Until 7:20a, finish up with...
2 x 50 kick on back @ :50, focus on UDK's and desc 1-2
3 x "out & backs" kick with boards @ :40- different from round to round, but all FAST
No rest between sets.

At 7:20a, finish the set you're on, then...
6 x 50 @ 1:00- odds are fast/easy/fast; evens are easy/FAST TURN/easy
Check HR before you get out.
