RACE DAY!!
Today we went 5 rounds of:
100 swim FAST for time from a dive- get time (@ about 2:15 or 2:30)
75 kick FAST for time with boards- the goal is to be FASTER than your time from the 100
By rounds, go free/primary/IM/4th best/choice
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited to race this weekend. Have a great day!
