Go 15-20 minutes as you feel, then...
15 x 100 in sets of 3:
1-2, swim/kick by 50's (kick on back) @ 1:30 or 1:40 in primary stroke
#3- all kick with boards, same interval as 1-2
15 x 100 swim free br 3 @ 1:15 (my group will do these a bit differently)
With fins,
24 x 25 @ :40- the usual.
Work on starts until 10a.
