1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM- each 100 is kick/drill/drill/skulling by 25's
1:00 rest

4 x 125 @ 2:15- 50 ra2 la2 free drill, 25 choice kick on back with FAST UDK's, 50 drill in primary stroke, NO FREE
6 x 75- 25 kick TOMBSTONE with boards, 50 swim/drill- build the swim to FAST race pace turns;
odds- free @ 1:20
evens- primary stroke NO FREE @ 1:30
1:00 rest

LONG SWIM-
6 times through:
225- 50 swim free br 3 with FAST turn, 25 kick on back with FAST UDK's off the wall
75- swim in primary stroke (NO FREE) with FAST turns- we're talking RACE PACE here!
Check HR after 6th time through

Until 6p, finish up with...
75's swim free with shnorkel @ 1:10- desc 1-3, every 5th 75 is swim @ :55- see if you can make it!
