RACE DAY!!
Today we went 5 rounds of the following:
1 x 150 swim FAST for time from a dive in heats- get time
BROKEN 150: 3 x 50 @ :10 rest, odd 50's are swim, 2nd 50 is kick FAST with boards- how close can you come on this to your time from the straight 150?
Go free/primary/4th best/kick with boards and choice by rounds
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight and enjoy your time off this weekend. Have a great day!
