2 x 150 swim free/NO FREE/free @ 2:20, desc 1-2
4 x 150 @ 2:40- odds are swim/kick/swim NO FREE, evens are swim IM
3 x 150 @ 2:20- 100 swim/50 kick desc 1-3 to what you can
4 x 150 swim choice @ 2:00 desc 1-3, hold for 4
1:00 rest, check HR
