RACE DAY!!
Today we went the following:
6 x BROKEN 175 race from a dive in 2 groups-
100 swim, :15 rest, 75 (25 swim, 50 kick)
Go 2 free, 2 primary stroke (NO FREE) & 2 IM
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for our weekend workouts. Have a great day!
