Today we went the following, with a little Warmdown in between:
4 x BROKEN 175 in 2 groups: 100 swim, :15 rest, 75 kick with boards (goal is to be faster than your 200 Goal Time). Go 2 in primary stroke, 2 choice
We finished with...
8 x 25 partner race (dive 2 at a time from the side of the pool), 4 free, 4 NO FREE
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job tonight with your HW & enjoy your time off this weekend. Workout will be posted for anybody not racing on Saturday. Have a great day!
