2000 swim free for time in 2 heats (everybody should try to get a counter, use kickboards to signify every 100 or 200 or 500, whatever the two of you decide). Be sure to remember your time.

4 x out & backs SWIM @ :40 (@ :30 in even rounds)
4 x 25 kick FAST on back @ :30 (@ :40 in even rounds)
Odd rounds are free, even rounds are NO FREE
