Meet Warmup, then...
RACE DAY!!
Today went the following:
3 x 175 RACE from a dive in 2 groups (2 heats per group)- the goal was to be better than 200y PB:
1- swim free
2- swim primary stroke NO FREE
3- swim IM (150 IM by 50's, last 25 kick on back)
150 warmdown choice
4 x 75 all KICK with boards in primary stroke, trying to be faster than 100 Goal Time in same stroke
200 drill/skulling by 50's
8 x 50 RACE from a dive @ 2:00 (one group per minute), 4 free, 4 NO FREE (same stroke for 2nd 4)
Warmdown with 12 x 50 @ :55- go swim, swim/kick, all kick by 50's
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today & get excited for our workouts this weekend. Have a great day!
