RACE DAY!!
Today we went the following (2 groups in each heat, 2 heats total):
A)
4 BROKEN 150 IM's- 75 RACE from a dive/75 kick FAST on back @ :15 rest
150 easy drill/choice by 25's
B)
8 x 50 RACE from a dive @ 2:00- 4 free, 4 primary stroke NO FREE
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for our weekend workouts. Have a great day!
