Today we went...
1 x 150 swim free RACE from a dive
4 x 75 kick with boards RACE @ 2:00- get times, add up for 300 total
6 x 50 kick with boards RACE @ :10 rest, can you be faster here than on the 4 x 75?
3 x 100 kick with boards RACE @ :20 rest, an you be faster than either of the previous 300 times?
1 x 150 swim free RACE from a dive
