Today we went...
4 sets of:
1 x 75 from a dive- get time
1 x 150 from a dive (same stroke as 75), goal is within :05 of 2x your 75 time
Change strokes after 2 rounds if you'd like
If there is time, finish up with...
4 x 50 from a dive @ 2:00- your choice of stroke
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for our weekend workouts. Have a great day!
