2 x 50 swim/kick build to FAST TURN desc 1-2 @ :55
Rotate one spot after each set, check HR after 2nd set
5 rounds of:
2 x 75 swim/kick/swim @ 1:20 desc 1-2, focus on FAST TURNS & 4 UDK's
5 x 50- odds are kick FAST @ 1:00 with boards, evens are kick on back @ :50, FAST TURN & 4 UDK's
After 2nd & 4th rounds...
4 x 125 @ 2:15- 25 dolph kick with boards, 50 swim back/breast by 25's, 50 kick primary with boards, except #3 is 100 swim IM, 25 kick free with boards @ 1:50
After 5th set....???
