Tuesday Afternoon, November 6, 2018- PM Jr. Gold @ DS

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- 3 x 100 reverse IM's drill
1:00 rest

With fins, talk about breaststroke
15 x 25 as follows:
2- breast pull with free kick @ :40
1- FAST dolphin kick on back @ :20!
3 x 100 breast pull with free kick desc 1-3 with flip turns @ 1:40
Take fins off
1 x 400- 75 drill/drill/swim build, last 25 swim FAD, FAST
1:00 rest

LONG SWIM-
6 times through
75 "slide" IM
125 freestyle- 100 swim at mile pace, last 25 kick FAST on back
150 kick IM- odd rounds on back, even rounds with boards- each 50 is easy/FAST by 25's
1:00 rest after 6th time through, check HR

Until 6 p.m., finish up with...
Work on starts- 2 free, 2 NO FREE
