1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM- each 75 is kick/drill/drill by 25's
1:00 rest

Breaststroke drilling with fins (25's & 75's), then...
3 sets of:
3 x 50 swim @ :50
odds- back/breast by 25's- "IM style"
#2- breast/free by 25's
1 x 100 swim free neg split @ 1:30- really get your giddyup going on the 2nd 50 here!
1 x 100 swim IM @ 1:30- last 25 is kick free on back
No rest between sets, check HR after 3rd set

Until 7:30p, finish up with (with Sr.G)...
1 x 50 from a dive- 35y with FAST breakout, cruise the turn @ :50, then last 15 swim FAST finish @ :50
1 x 50 from a dive @ :50- FAST turn
1 x 50 from a dive- same as #1, 35y @ :50, then last 15y @ :50
1 x 50 all drill
1 x 50 swim FAST for time from a dive (BROKEN in odd rounds, :10 rest at 25)
