RACE DAY!!
5 x 125 @ 5:00- 2 primary stroke, 2 choice (same for both) and 1 kick with boards
Seniors...
800- 200 drill/kick, 200 swim/kick- by 50's- NO FREE on 2nd 400
RACE PREP during your warmup (20-25mins), then
2 rounds of (1 primary, 1 choice):
4 x 15m sprints from a dive
2 x 25's from a dive at 200 set up
1 x 50 from a dive for time
Easy 300 drill/swim DPS after each round.
Warmdown a little before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for RACE DAY tomorrow. Have a great day!
