evens- swim/kick by 25's @ 1:00- gets :05 faster by round, how low can you go?
3 x 150 @ :10 rest, go kick/drill/kick by 50's- neg split & descend the 50's kick in each 150; odd 150 kick is with boards, 2nd 150 the kick is on back.
1:00 rest, check HR
