4- on back, focus on FAST UDK's to 10 yards, then choice kick
4- with boards all choice, TOMBSTONE style!

Cycle through the kicking with 'chutes & the pull set...
With 'chutes, 16 x 25 kick @ 1:00
2- with boards & 'chutes
2- LUNGBUSTERS!
With paddles (for 50's), buoys & shnorkels (for everything):
3 x 50 pull free @ :50 (gets :05 faster by round, down to :35, then back up)
1 x 150 pull free (no paddles), get time & descend through the set
Check HR after each 150
