Today, Race Day was...
2 sets of (in heats, no particular interval):
1 x 200- 150 swim, 50 kick with boards
1 x 150- 100 swim, 50 kick with boards
1 x 100- 50 swim, 50 kick with boards
1 x 50- swim
All from a dive, all FAST
1st time through is free, 2nd time through is primary stroke
Warmdown a 150 drill/skulling by 25's before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight and get excited for the DISTANCE MEET this weekend. Have a great day!
