In heats,
1 x 100 swim FAST for time/1 x BROKEN 100 (25-50-25 @ :10 rest)- all IM
1 x 75 swim FAST for time/1 x BROKEN 75 (25-50 @ :10 rest)- all in primary stroke NO FREE
1 x 50 swim FAST for time/1 x BROKEN 50 (25--25 @ :10 rest)- all free
If there is time...
Repeat the 100/BROKEN 100, only it's all kick with boards!
Warmdown at least a 300 before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for the meet this weekend. Have a great day!
