RACE DAY!!
Today we went...
4 x 75 @ 2:30- "slide IM" by 75 as follows:
1- 25 fly, 50 back
2- 25 back, 50 breast
3- 25 breast, 50 free
4- 25 free, 50 fly
Then we finished up with...
4 x 50 swim in primary stroke @ 2:00- target 1st 50 speed of 100 goal time
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Enjoy the weekend, and be sure to do a little HW today. Have a great day!
