Tuesday Afternoon, November 26, 2019- Sr. Gold @ DS

1:00 rest

Warmup on your own, 10-12 minutes...

3 sets of:
2 x 75 kick/swim/kick by 25's @ 1:20, focus on FAST turns & 4 UDK's off each wall
2 x 100 swim/kick by 50's desc 1-2 @ 1:40 (same stroke as 75's)
1 round free, 1 round primary stroke, 1 round choice

With fins, until you have to get out...
3 x 50 swim desc 1-3 to all out FAST @ 1:00- get time
1 x 50 dolphin kick LUNGBUSTER/swim by 25's- tring to equal or better your time from #3 above
No extra rest between sets.

Warmdown a bit before you get out. Change quickly for drylands & remember we're up at CM on Thursday Morning. Have a great day!
