RACE DAY!!
Today we went 8 x 75 @ 4:00 as follows:
1-4, 25 swim fly, 50 swim backstroke
5-8, 25 swim backstroke, 50 swim breaststroke
Warmdown a bit before you get out & do an excellent job with your HW tonight. Get excited for workout this weekend. Have a great day!
