Thursday Afternoon, November 14, 2019- Sr. Gold @ DS

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- mix it up
1:00 rest

7 x 50 @ :55- odds are drill/kick by 25's; evens are swim with FAST TURNS & BO's
4 x 75 @ 1:20- 50 swim build to 200 set up, then last 25 kick FAST (2 free, 2 primary)
Check HR, then 5-8 minutes as you feel

With 'Chutes, 3 rounds of:
:10 skulling, :10 FAST vertical dolphin kick, :20 rest, :20 swim FAST- for 6 minutes
'Chutes off for 2 x 25 from a dive
50 easy after each round

If there is time...
15y sprints working on breakouts.
