1:00 rest
With fins, 4 sets of:
3 x 25 fly drill @ :35 (different drill by round)
1 x 50 swim/kick fly by 25's @ 1:00- get time & desc 1-4 to something juicy!
Check HR after 4th set & take fins off.

Easy 150 drill/skulling by 25's before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today, get excited for our TEST SET (and drylands) tomorrow. Have a great day!
