RACE DAY!!!
After the warmup we went into...
3 x 75 swim FAST from a dive, add up times for 225 yard total, then a little active recovery; then...
1 x 200 swim (straight, not broken) from a dive- the goal is to be FASTER than your 225 time!
Then, we finished up with...
3 x 50 swim FAST @ :10 rest, add up those 50's for a 150 total, then a little more active recovery; then...
1 x 125 swim FAST from a dive, the goal is to be faster than your 150 time (IM'ers go 50 free on the end)!
In general, a good time was had by all!
150 easy drill/kick on back before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight and get excited for our TEST SET on Saturday Morning. Have a great day!
