1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- each 75 is 50 drill (reverse IM order), 25 breast kick on back (drop knees down to start kick, squeeze feet together to finish
1:00 rest

20 x 50 @ 1:00-
2- drill in primary stroke
2- kick on back desc 1-2
15 x 75 in sets of  5
3- swim 50 (200 set up), 25 FAST with big kick @ 1:15
1- swim free br 3/5/3 by 25's @ :55 (or @ 1:05)
1- all drill @ 1:30

With fins, finish up with...
100's swim desc 1-3 to all out FAST (target best SCY time) @ 1:40
#4- swim/kick by 50's (on back)- how close can you come to your time on #3?
