Today the focus is on stroke drilling and underwater dolphin kicks
Lots of 25's & 50's on a relaxed interval, focus on the following:
- feeling the water on hands & forearms;
- rotating your hips evenly and completely;
- steady head position to help hold your bodyline
- underwater dolphin kicks off each wall past the flags (or breaststroke pullouts)
- check HR sporadically and let me know what it is.
