RACE DAY!
Race Day for today will be 3 sets of:
4 x 50 kick FAST for time with boards @ 2:30 (one group every 1:15), get average time for the 4
1 x 150 drill/skulling by 25's
1 x 75 swim all out FAST for time with FINS; try to be faster than your average time from the 75's, plus :05 (in 2 heats, same as the 50's)
1 set free
1 set primary stroke NO FREE
1 set IM
Warmdown at least a 150 before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight, enjoy your day off tomorrow and get excited for the meet this weekend. Have a great day!
