3- kick on back choice- but FAST UDK to 10 yards.

20/12/8, @ 2:00 rest between each.
Then...
With fins, finish up with...
24 x 25 @ :40- the "usual," except 3rd & 6th sets of 4 are kick with boards (go 2 at a time on these)
