1 x 600- 300 free, 300 choice IM drill; then...
Backstroke drilling with fins.

Then...

MEET WARMUP, then...

RACE DAY with the big group!

Race Day was all kicking (with boards) this week:

3 x 75 kick FAST @ 4:00- add up times for 225 total
Active recovery for 5:00...
1 x 200 kick FAST for time, trying to be faster than your 225 time.

Then 2 rounds of:
3 x 50 kick FAST @ :15 rest, add up times for 150 total
Active recovery for 5:00...
1 x 125 kick FAST for time, trying to be faster than your 150 time

Be sure to warmdown thoroughly before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today and get excited for our TEST SET (and drylands!) tomorrow. Have a great day!
