2 sets of:
4 x 75 swim FAST from a dive @ 4:00- two groups, one every 2:00; get times & add up!
After #4, figure out average time per 100 from 300 add-up; then...
1 x 100 swim FAST from a dive, trying to be faster than average time (per 100) from 300 add-up.
100 easy drill before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight, get excited to race this weekend. Tomorrow will be a thorough warmup, then plenty of work on starts & turns. Have a great day!
