RACE DAY!!
3 rounds of:
3 x 75 race from a dive @ 4:00 (1 heat every 2:00)- keep track of times, figure average time
1 x 150 race from a dive (same 2 heats)- how close can you be to your 75 avg?!?
1 round primary stroke (NO FREE), 1 round IM, 1 round free
8-10 mins active recovery between each round
