6 x 100 @ 1:45- 25 kick on back (UDK's!) build to FAST, 75 drill/swim/drill by 25's- odd 100's primary stroke, even 100's in 4th best stroke (NO FREE on either)
4 x 75 @ 1:20- 25 dolphin kick with boards, 50 breast drill (2k 1pull-choice by 25's)
:30 rest, check HR
50's kick as follows:
2- on back neg split @ 1:00
1- with boards @ :55, subtract :05 each round...how low can you go???
1:00 rest, check HR again
LONG SWIM-
2 times through:
100 swim IM/100 in primary stroke- 25 swim build to FAST turn & breakout (RACE PACE), 25 drill
200 swim IM (50 of each stroke)/100 in primary stroke as above
300 swim IM (75 of each stroke), 100 in primary stroke as above
Check HR after 2nd time through.
If there is time...
25's with fins in sets of 4, the usual
