Monday Afternoon, February 4, 2019- PM Jr. Gold @ DS

After warmup...

3 sets of:
8 x 100 kick-
odds FAST for time @ 1:30 (different by round), evens are easy kick/choice drill @ 2:00
1 x 200-
100 swim (build to FAST turn & breakout)/drill by 50's (go to hand touch)
100- 75 swim FAST for time, 25 easy float (get time on 75)
1:00 rest between sets, check HR
2nd set is 6 x 100 & 2 x 200
3rd set is 4 x 100 @ 3 x 200
Last FAST 100 in each round is BROKEN.

Warmdown well before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited to race this weekend. Have a great day!
