75 fast swim from a dive, get time
75 BROKEN (25/50 @ :10 rest, has to be FASTER than straight 75 from a dive above (or do over)
Various strokes (and kicks) by round
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for our March meets. Have a great day!
