Warmup "as you feel" until 6:25p, then...
Until 7:30p, sets of 4 x 100 @ 2:00 as follows:
1- 25 swim FAST, 75 drill
2- 50/50
3- 75/25
4- BROKEN (25/50/25) @ :10 rest
All 100's from a dive; change up strokes after each round of 4 x 100's (start with primary stroke)
100 easy drill before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight (don't count on any snow tomorrow) & get excited for our weekend workouts. Have a great day!
