RACE DAY!!
3 rounds of (in heats):
1 x BROKEN 150- 3 x 50 swim @ :10 rest (get time)
1 x 75 swim FAST for time, should be FASTER than half your time (add-up) from the 150
1 round each of free, primary stroke (NO FREE), and then IM
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for the workouts this weekend. Have a great day!
