RACE DAY!!
Today we went 2 rounds of:
1 x 150 pull free with shnorkel & buoy- desc the 3 x 50 to something juicy!
1 x 175 swim free (no equipment)- target your 200 Free SCY Goal Time
After 2nd round, get into...
2 rounds of:
2 x 125 IM- 100 IM swim & 25 kick free with boards @ 2:30- both FAST, get average time
1 x 150 swim IM from a dive- 50 fly, 50 back, 50 breast- should be faster than (or at least close to) your avg time from the 2 x 125 IM
Warmdown a bit before you get out & do an excellent job on your HW tonight. Get excited for this weekend's workouts, including Sunday Night at Claude Moore. Have a great day!
