After warmup....
20 x 50 @ 1:00- 1 easy 1 FAST kick (easy on back, focus on UDK; all FAST 50's with boards)
Check HR, go 300 easy drill/swim by 25's
1:00 rest, then...
Until 6:30p...
200's @ 3:30 as follows:
75 kick FAST for time with boards
25 easy kick choice
100 swim neg split
We should get 6 or 7 of these in, do a great job with them!
