Warmup "as you feel" until 6:30p, then...
"I'm thinking of a number"
2 rounds of 75's kick will be "1 easy and ** FAST" @ 1:40 (you "think of a #" between 5-10 and that's how many you do FAST
Then go 1 x 600 pull free with shnorkels, desc 3 x 200 to something juicy
Finish up with "Out & Backs" @ :40, but the "back" is all UDK back to the wall.
