Sunday Evening, February 3, 2019- Combined Jr. Gold @ IL

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM- each 75 is skulling/drill/drill by 25's
1:00 rest

4 x 200 @ :15 rest as follows-
100 swim (build to FAST turn & breakout)/drill by 25's (choice for 1&2, primary stroke for 3&4)
100 kick on back (focus on UDK's to 8 yards off wall)- descend this 100 kick 1-4 to something JUICY
Everybody together...
24 x 75 in sets of 3-
1&2- 25 swim primary stroke, 50 swim free br 3, desc 1-2 @ 1:10
#3- swim IM, get time & desc 1-4 & 5-8, @ 1:20
#4- all kick, 25 on back (focus on UDK's to 8 yards), 50 with boards- this is all FAST, @ 1:40
No rest between sets. Check HR after each 75 kick.
