RACE DAY!!
Today we're going 4 rounds of the following:
BROKEN 200- 4 x 50 @ :10 rest, get time
50 drill
1 x 175 race from a dive, trying to be faster than your 200 time. This 175 will be different from round to round (100 swim, 75 kick; maybe broken; maybe some IM thrown in there
200 easy drill between rounds.
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today & get excited to race this weekend at our meet. Have a great day!
