BROKEN 150 RACE (75-50-25, all @ :10 rest)
4 x 100 RACE from a dive @ 3:30- two groups, get avg time (freestyle)
BROKEN 200 RACE from a dive (4 x 50 @ :10 rest)
4 x 50 RACE from a dive @ 2:00- two groups, get avg time (primary stroke, no free)
BROKEN 100 RACE from a dive (25/50/25, all @ :10 rest)
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited to train OUTSIDE next week. Have a great day!
