RACE DAY!!
Today we went three rounds of the following:
2 x 125 race for time- get average time (two groups)
1 x BROKEN 150- 3 x 50 race @ :10 rest- how close can you get to your 125 time?
1st set IM (last 50 on 125 is kick free; 3 x 50 @ :10 rest are fly, back and breast)
2nd set kick IM- go 100 IM plus 1 x 25 kick free for 125; 150 is 50 each of fly/back/breast @ :10 rest
3rd set is primary stroke, NO FREE
Warmdown a bit before you get out & do an excellent job on your HW tonight. Regular workout schedule this weekend if you aren't going to the meet in Cleveland. Have a great day!
